HML Industry is a specialized in the manufacture of ERW Pipe Mill with Full Cage Forming System to produce the API pipes in O.D range 6"-20" and 8"-25". Working with WRD& NY. in worldwide license, we apply the highest standards of technology in forming and welding line. We supply the pipe mill and finishing equipment as package for complete plant to ensure the overall productivity and pipe quality. We also provide the technical assistance for operation by training the operators and supervision for production.
Products | Tube Mills and Pipe Mills
The tube mill itself is a core product for HML Industrial Equipment. We are tube mill manufacturer of standard machines from 1" diameter to 24" diameter roll shafts. Custom machines are also available to suit nearly all applications. All new tube mill equipment is made in our CHINA factory using our own machine shop and local suppliers. Doing so allows us to better control both the quality and delivery of our equipment. We build our mills the way our customers want them ---Strong , high-quality , easy to operate , and easy to maintain.
Mechanical Tubing
What Is As-Welded Mechanical Tubing? The term “as-welded mechanical tubing” refers to tubing that has been produced by the electric resistance welding (ERW) process. It is provided in the state in which it leaves the welder, with only minimal downstream processing such as stress-relieving or annealing to meet particular customer specifications. The lack of additional processing such as cold drawing makes as-welded tubing a cost-effective product for many mechanical applications. It is produced in a wide variety of sizes with close tolerances that allow the tubing to be used in mechanical parts with little or no metal removal or machining. Standard Pipe
The term “Standard Pipe” refers to steel pipe manufactured for use in a wide variety of applications that require strength, durability and ease of fabrication. Because of its many advantages, Standard Pipe is the material of choice in such diverse applications as conveying fluid and gaseous mediums, water wells, fencing, foundation pilings, building and bridge construction and many others. Products are produced in a variety of steels including carbon and alloys, galvanized, weathering and HSLA and to meet various ASTM, API, government and customer specifications. Pipe can be supplied with several different types of ends—threaded-and-coupled, beveled or grooved.
