Overview

HML’ slitting and cut-to-length line can realize two functions: first is to uncoiling the coil first, after leveling and longitudinally slitting then rolled into a narrow strip. Secondly, the steel strip is leveled precisely, then fixed length, cross shear and stacking. The production range is: material width: 120-2200mm, thickness: 1.0-25.0mm.
This production line is one of the main products of our company, which is independently designed and developed by our company on the basis of synthesizing many advanced mechanisms and techniques of the same type of machines at home and abroad. The unit is controlled by PLC.
It not only could be separately served as independent mill line but also could be combined into one mill line with slitting first and secondly cut-to-length.
