The project was launched in January 2020, HML will design and produce the Directly forming 200x200mm tube mill with all sets of rollers. This mill line was designed to produce round steel tubes from 114.3mm to 257mm, square steel tubes from 100*100 to 200*200 and corresponding rectangular tube with wall thickness of 3.0mm-9.0mm.
This project was expected to be delivered at the end of Aug, 2020. But due to the outbreak of COVID-19 all over the world, the delivery time delay to Dec, 2020.

    On the basis of good prevention and control measures, the design of ERW Directly  tube mill was completed in April to meet the factory’s limited plant length, and the production was started in May. At present, the main sections (forming section, welding section, sizing section) have been assembled, and other parts are under assembling and painting. Full sets of rollers have been produced and packed.

This DFT tube mill will be deliver toSouth Korea next month.
