This machine is used in the production line of high-frequency pipe or seamless steel pipe. It is a special equipment for milling and chamfering the end face of steel pipe.
The machine consists of a power head, a power head feeding mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a pushing mechanism, a traverse mechanism, an electronic control system, and a pneumatic system. The clamping mechanism is driven by the cylinder; the power head is driven by the motor through the belt drive spindle, and then the cutter head is rotated; the power head is fed by the servo motor and the reducer through the ball screw; the traverse mechanism is composed of the motor, the brake, the reducer, and the step Into the organization. In the automatic working state, the movement of each component is controlled by the electric appliance and the PLC, so that the entire steel pipe flat chamfering process is automatically and continuously operated.

5. Cold Cutting Saw 冷切锯

CNC Cold Cutting Saw is to cut the pipe into specified length while it is traveling.
Advantage :
1.After changing or sharpening saw blade , no need to adjust pipe and saw blade position , users just push the button on console , all of actions can be done automatically . It is faster and more precise.
2.3 saw clamps (Jaws), we invented 3 saw clamps in order to avoid the following problems. When pipe Dia. Is bigger than 76mm, saw blader stroke is long after cutting , and cutting gap is very small , it may not loose saw blade , then Servo alarms and stop, saw blade maybe broken after saw car moving back .
3.HML anti-collision mechanism is made up of rubber bumper and anti-rebound unit . When the saw car failed accidentally , the pinion are off the rack and saw car will hit the rubber bumper block. At the same time , the hook on the saw car just catches the anti-bounce pin , the anti-collision block and the anti-bolt pin work together, saw car will stop at the offside momentarily , avoiding the pinion damage caused by the violent impact of the rebound pinion and the rack .
4.In order to meet different customer’s requirement , HML engineers researched and developed 2 conttrol systems :

* High Quality speed Measurement Encoder : HML uses high quality waterproof and dustproof type encoder from Japan , which can bear external force of 5Kg(Radial direction) and 3Kg( shaft direction ) Individually.
